Village Neighbors Hike: Wendell State Forest
Wednesday, September 16, meet at 10:00 AM

This hike is a nice 4-5 mile lollipop hike that begins at the headquarters, connects for a bit with the New England Trail (formerly the Metacomet- Monadnock trail) along lovely cascades and then follows a trail to Lynn’s waterfall trail where we cross below the falls & climb next to it, reconnecting with the New England Trail up to a lovely overlook. Then back down over to a secondary lovely trail to Ruggles Pond and return. This is about a 2 - 2 ½ hour hike including stops for snacks at the overlook.
